Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Personalised products

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and photos

We will offer a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after we receive your return

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty

Klarna Payments

If you paid using Klarna:

  • Refunds will be processed through Klarna

  • Your payment schedule will be updated accordingly

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different item, please return your order and place a new one.
